Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if for some reason you purchased too many or ordered the wrong type of bracket and would like to return the new, unused, undamaged bracket back to us please follow the instructions below.
All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new, unused condition without any damage or alterations to the brackets.
To return an item please call customer service at 775-451-7676 or email us at email@example.com for a Return Bracket Authorization (RBA) number. After receiving an RBA number place the brackets securely in a box and include a copy of your purchase order with your RBA number written on it. Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges, only the bracket cost will be refunded back to you. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. We will give the address to ship your bracket(s) to and ask which items you will be returning. Brackets should be mailed off within 2 days of receiving the RBA so we know to be expecting your return. Refunds after 30 days do not qualify for a refund. Requesting a refund at any point beyond that 30 day window voids our money back refund offer.
To receive a refund, please make sure of the following :
- All returned brackets must be in perfect resalable condition.
- The product must be free from any damages, alterations, signs of use, etc.
- All brackets cannot have been installed or used in any way.
- All items must be returned with an assigned (RBA) Return Bracket Authorization number.
- All items must be packed in the same manner as you received them, as not to allow any damage while being transported back to us.
- Only one return shipment per order and all brackets must be shipped back to us on the same date.
Undeliverable or Refused Shipments
Any shipment that cannot be delivered for any reason beyond our control or any shipment that is refused upon delivery by the buyer, once returned to us will be handled in the same manner as a returned refund request. All conditions and restocking fees will be applied to the returned shipment. Please make sure your address and phone number is correct before finalizing your order.
Once we receive your returned item(s), our staff will review your request and inspect the item(s). If approved, the refund will be refunded to original method of payment within approximately two weeks. All payment companies are different in the amount of time it takes to confirm a refund, so it might a few days to two billing cycles for your refund to show up.
Final Sale or Limited Quantities / Old Versions Item(s)
No return and no refunds are available for this type of bracket(s). Screw packages are non-refundable, whether the package is opened or unopened.
The manufacturer and Brackets To Fence LLC has inspected the brackets before they go out to assure that the materials/brackets don’t have any defects that would effect the use of the product.
For all returns there is a 15% restocking fee that will be deducted off the refund amount that you will receive back. You are responsible for all shipment expenses on your return no matter the dollar amount of your return. Your returned bracket(s) must meet all the refund policy requirements.
